Brandon returned twice first to install a front door security camera and then again to install an SD card in the device to detect movement and photo. I was very pleased to see that the upgrade worked for a delivery right after he had completed the upgrade. Not only is Brandon competent, but he also is an amiable tech who has the patience to research solutions.

Brandon returned today to solve the problem as to why the mountain time setting for AZ (which does not use daylight saving time in most of our state) was not activating the yard and driveway lighting at dusk. Instead the lights were not activating until after they had been in total darkness until 8:10 pm. The problem seems to be that the transformer does not use a photocell to determine the time. Therefore, since installing a photocell would entail a $500 charge, we decided resetting the timer for CA time was advisable to try first. Hopefully, the timer will not become problematic again when CA returns to standard time.
Before departing and without my requesting, Brandon reinstalled a deck board that had come off in a wind storm. What a generous action! What a thoughtful electrician! Brandon is a keeper.

Brandon and Charles are both amiable and efficient and they completed the ordering and installation of replacement bulbs for multiple yard lights as well as the supergluing repair of a damaged light, and so now I again have a well lit path around my house. Thank you so much!

Frank very efficiently installed the new GFCs with the Snap night light outlet covers that I wanted, but he discovered that one of the Snap outlet covers that was needed had been damaged, and so he not only used a different outlet with a lighted cover, but he also helped me order a new one. I very much appreciate how competent, patient and amiable Frank is, and look forward to his return after the new cover arrives

Brandon and James competently installed the new numerical mailbox lights that had been customly ordered and required electrical rewiring for low voltage. Also, they neatly restored the wearhered stucco surface. Now, thanks to their expertise the maillox looks completely new axd is more efficient.

Brad & Nick reviewed the new lighting photos taken at dark and adjusted the lights to curb the glare for pedestrians & drivers based on the difference of elevation coming up the long drive. Should that not solve the safety concern, Brad will draw up a third light location that works between the pillars.

Nick worked so well with Brad by reinstalling the breaker panel with new breakers while Brad revised the older outdoor security systems with a modern new system for the safety of pedestrians and vehicles during darkness and/or weather challenges. A first class job with a competent and amiable team.

Furnace Repair FAQ's
How long does a typical furnace repair take?
Most repairs are completed in one visit, usually within one to two hours. The exact time depends on the part that failed and the furnace model.
How can I tell if my furnace needs repair or replacement?
If your system is over 10 years old, needs frequent repairs, or struggles to heat your home evenly, replacement may be the better option. We provide honest recommendations after inspection.
Do you service all brands?
Yes. Our technicians are trained to work on all major furnace and heater brands, including Lennox, Trane, Carrier, Goodman, and Rheem.
How often should I schedule maintenance?
Once per year is ideal. Preferably in early fall before the heating season begins. Regular furnace maintenance helps prevent breakdowns and improves efficiency.
Why is my furnace making loud noises?
Noises like banging, squealing, or rattling can signal loose parts, a failing motor, or airflow issues. A technician should inspect it immediately to prevent further damage.
